The Print Center 101st ANNUAL International Competition

The Print Center's 101st ANNUAL invites artists worldwide using photography and printmaking, juried by Pepe Coronado and Shana Lopes.

The Print Center announces its 101st ANNUAL International Competition, one of the oldest and most prestigious art competitions in the United States, to be juried by Pepe Coronado and Shana Lopes. The competition is open to local, national and international artists, and The Print Center is particularly interested in highlighting the use of photography and printmaking in new and intriguing ways, including in content, form and process.

Any artist using photography or printmaking as critical components of their work can enter, and artists whose work pushes the boundaries of traditional photographic and printmaking practices are encouraged to apply. Both 2D and 3D works, including artist books, are eligible. The Print Center honors the power of photography and print to raise and amplify a multiplicity of voices and is committed to fostering that power to advocate for change and to support artists working for equity and justice through its exhibitions and programs.

The organization welcomes artists, audiences and participants of diverse backgrounds, races, religions, sexual orientations and gender identities, valuing diversity across all facets of its operations and in the range of communities with which it engages. Selected artists are featured in the long-running ANNUAL exhibition, a platform that has supported emerging and established printmakers and photographers for over a century. Full entry requirements and the application portal are available on The Print Center's website.
