Wilkes Art Gallery Call for Dual July Exhibitions

Wilkes Art Gallery seeks artists for a miniature art show and the 47th Annual Northwest Artists' Exhibition in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.

Wilkes Art Gallery in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina is calling for artists to participate in two summer exhibitions. 'Minute: A Miniature Art Exhibition' will be presented in the Hayes Hall Gallery alongside the 47th Annual Northwest Artists' Exhibition in the Main Gallery. Both shows will be on display from July 17 to August 26, with an opening night reception on July 17 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The paired exhibitions give regional and visiting artists two distinct opportunities: a focused, small-scale miniature show and the gallery's long-running annual survey of Northwest North Carolina artists, now in its 47th year. Work in painting and other visual media is welcome.

Artists interested in either exhibition should contact Wilkes Art Gallery for entry details, eligibility and submission deadlines.
